  1. Should I run an antivirus on my exchange server even though I’ve told my personnel not to execute attachments?

  • You should always run an antivirus on the exchange server. Even if you train all your users not to execute attachments from people they don’t know you still run a risk of an accidental infection. Over the past few years a majority of business is done through email because of its speed and dependability. Most users and venders have become comfortable with the idea of sending data, spreadsheets, or databases over email. But even though most vendors wouldn’t want to intentionally hurt your business they may unintentionally infect your environment with a virus.
