Interconnectivity has raised the bar for network design, requiring
meticulous planning when constructing a system so as to combine
operational flexibility with robust security. The need for
flexibility in connectivity is imperative in today’s
fast-paced, mobile marketplace. The urgency to protect sensitive
data and client information is essential to alleviate potential
risk factors such as damaging litigation, irreparable losses,
penalties, fines, and the like.
At TCCSI, our staff of professionals is knowledgeable in
designing and implementing secure networks. From installation
to implementation, we offer complete custom packages to fit
your organizational needs, encompassing aspects such as customized
firewalls, intrusion detection sensors (IDS), content filtering,
virtual private networking (VPN), password and login authentication
(AAA), and resilient encryption technology (3 DEZ).
Contingency Planning:
Crisis management is essential to protecting your organizational
interests. Without regular risk analysis, companies subject
themselves to any number of potentially disastrous situations,
increasing the probability of damage, disruption, and destruction
of property, assets, or business. Contingency planning is
crucial in business so as to be prepared for potential emergencies
when they arise and enable the company to rectify problems
expediently, reducing costs, losses, and down time. TCCSI
can help your company pinpoint potential problems and plan
effective means by which to handle them -before they occur.
Threat and Risk Assessment:
Sustaining the confidentiality and integrity of your organization's
data while maintaining its essential availability and functionality
can prove to be strenuous at best. At TCCSI, we can facilitate
these needs with our threat and risk assessment services.

- Scope:
Identifies and prioritizes areas that need protection
- Data Collection:
Documents all policies and procedures and identifies
those that are missing
- Analysis of policies
and procedures: gauges the security compliance
level within the organization based on the specific
requirements for that industry
- Vulnerability Analysis:
tests the critical areas identified above to determine
their current exposure and the efficiency of existing
safeguards
- Correlation and Assessment
of Risk Acceptability: findings from vulnerability
and risk assessments are used to assist in determining
appropriate security measures and eliminating ineffective
ones. |
Security Design and Implementation:
AT TCCSI we design and install secure network infrastructures
for all types of businesses, big or small, including e-commerce.
In addition, we can upgrade your existing system to comply
with federal standards.
Penetration Testing: A
systematic review that tests the adequacy of your organization's
external and internal security measures. By identifying and
evaluating security deficiencies and the effectiveness of
existing safeguards, it provides valuable data for your risk
analysis assessment and security programs.

- External
Penetration Test (EPT) -This security test identifies
both the vulnerability level of the network to unauthorized
access from an Internet connection as well as the information
that could be compromised. All corporate Internet connections,
including all Internet gateways and other network access
points, are tested to identify possible points vulnerable
to attacks. Quarterly testing is recommended.
- Internal Penetration Test
(IPT) -This test identifies the vulnerability
level of your network to unauthorized access from within
your organization from either an individual who manages
to breach your external defenses or an insider intent
on mischief. It identifies the information that could
be compromised and its level of sensitivity. Quarterly
testing is recommended in conjunction with the EPT.
These services are performed from the TCCSI Secure Network
Operations Center. Upon completion, the data is analyzed
and the report is submitted via email, mail, or fax,
contingent upon data sensitivity and client preference.

Firewall Implementation:
Because your network is security is our first priority, we
install the Cisco PIX Firewall Series, a line of security
equipment that delivers unprecedented levels of protection,
performance, and reliability. These platforms provide robust
security services that include standards-based IPSEC Virtual
Private Networking (VPN) and intrusion protection in a cost
effective, easily deployed solution.
Intrusion Detection Sensor:
The Cisco Intrusion Detection Sensor (IDS) is a complete protection
solution designed to detect unauthorized activity on the network.
By analyzing traffic in real time, it enables technicians
to quickly respond to security breaches or cyber attacks.
When unauthorized activity is detected, the sensor sends an
alarm to the management console detailing the activity and,
if necessary, terminates the unauthorized action.
Virus Detection and Removal:
The goal of most modern computer viruses is system corruption
and destruction, with annual costs averaging $2,000,000 per
incident. In addition, hackers have developed malicious mobile
code attacks that can be hidden in Java applets and Active-X
controls. Prevention is essential. That’s why we offer
eTrust, from Computer Associates.
Computer Associates' eTrust Content Inspection provides real
time intervention, automatic detection, and blocking for all
types of code attacks. eTrust deploys instantly and can be
used in as variety of configurations as well as with a wide
range of supported protocols. Content Inspection sits on the
perimeter of your Internet connection, making it the first
line of defense against virus attacks.
Back-Up Resources: If
disaster strikes, a reliable back-up program may be your only
hope for recovering critical data. TCCSI offers offsite storage
and onsite maintenance to help ensure your data is protected
at all times.
IP Telephony: This technology
allows voice, data, and video to be transmitted over a single
network infrastructure, offering greater flexibility in application
deployment along with reduced administrative costs.
